Kathy helped me apply successfully for a mortgage recently and I am very happy with the outcome. I was looking to refinance my house to consolidate some other debts and reduce my mortgage interest. I went through one of the major banks initially in which I already held a mortgage with. Long story short, I jumped through every hoop to follow their advice and 6 months later was told I was essentially never going to be accepted. This was confusing and frustrating to me as the equity in property should’ve more than covered. In an attempt to find a solution.
