Our situation was a little challenging due to our age yet Kathy was able to work outside the square and achieve a favourable outcome for us. Kathy's professionalism and experience put us at ease allowing us to work through the process relatively stress free. I believe her experience on how to present the details and information and how to talk to the institutions made the difference on securing our loan. Our journey with Kathy started around 6mths ago and through that she has been honest, responsive, informative and most importantly got the results that we wanted.
