Kathy is very organised and SUPER calm handling what can be a very stressful process for purchasers! She was able to put together our loan application and find competitive rates with a minimum of fuss. Email/phone/text responses were prompt and informative (SO SO important)!! After a nightmare process getting a loan directly with NAB years ago this loan process was MUCH smoother, definitely easier having Kathy keep in contact with the lender than being a faceless part of a queue. Thank you also to her assistant Mia who also provided the same great level of service. We used No Fuss Home Loans after recommendations from three family members and would absolutely recommend anyone else to do the same! Note: the loan application was completed all online and using Zoom due to Covid - while we weren't super local to No Fuss, this was no big deal at all.
