Kathy is very organised and SUPER calm handling what can be a very stressful process for purchasers! She was able to put together our loan application and find competitive rates with a minimum of fuss. Email/phone/text responses were prompt and informative (SO SO important)!! After a nightmare process getting a loan directly with NAB years ago this loan process was MUCH smoother, definitely easier having Kathy keep in contact with the lender than being a faceless part of a queue.
