Despite there being a housing crisis, we were SO supported the entire way through the process of buying our first home that it almost felt suspiciously easy? Due in large part to Paul's expertise, incredible communication and organisation (and his amazing personal assistant Fiona) we got the keys to our house less than 3 weeks after putting our first offer in! His level of knowledge is unmatched and he supported us through every part of the process, including: how to get to know the market, understanding what we could afford based on our finances, putting in an offer, how to nail communications with the selling agent (and ensure they got back to us about our offer ASAP), getting a great settlement agent on board, choosing the right loan and bank for us, and knowing exactly what paperwork and documents would be needed from both us and the seller so he could make sure both sides of the sale had all their documents in ASAP. He made the effort to get to know us and our situation, was so organised, had amazing communication (so above and beyond in his availability), was honest and approachable whenever we needed to consult or ask advice, and was truly such a personable professional to work with. In our final inspection of the house the seller's agent even commented that he was impressed with what a good operator Paul is, and how we were lucky to have a guy like Paul on board.
