I have to say that Phil was excellent. We stopped and started a number of times (on my end) and he was resilient enough to continue to push the process from his end. It's a very challenging time to refinance and a ridiculous amount of paperwork required. Phil made sure we kept everything on track throughout the process and got the deal done.
