This is the second time in two years I have used Phil, he is the guru of mortgage brokers!!! Don’t waster your time with others, Phil is your man without a doubt!!! Nothing is every an issue. See you in another 2 years Phil! He is the Guru of loans and providing 5 star ⭐️ service!

Phil and his team were very flexible, patient and knowledgeable in helping us refinance our loans. Long, arduous process for a complicated portfolio but he kept pushing it through for us. Never felt under any pressure to proceed if we weren't happy with it

I have used a few mortgage specialist in my time and they don't come close to the service and outcome that Phil and team has achieved. Always availible and a very friendly service. I can not speak any higher of Phil, he has helped me achieve what all others in his field advised was impossible. Fantastic! i will only be using him in the future.

Phil and his team has been very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the whole experience. Phil is very knowledgeable and understood all the criteria for my refinance and was able to accommodate for all of my requests. Thanks again Phil and team for a worry free refinance. Looking forward to many more dealings with you in the future.

This is how I have saved Phil in my phone contacts as he has been able to exceed our expectations at every challenge we put in front of him. We have a rather set of complex requirements with refinancing our investment portfolio and we have been amazed by Phils ability in making the solution easy for us to understand and well surpassing our needs and hopes in the loans he was able to secure. He is one of the hardest working and most talented people I have met and always on call for us. We highly recommend Phil -

Phil is hands down the best Mortgage Broker in the market (and I have tried more than a few). There is no situation Phil will not try and work and find an acceptable solution. He listens carefully, understands your goals and then, most importantly, he fights like crazy for a successful result. He does not take "No" for an answer and is a creative and passionate advocate for his clients. You will not be disappointed.

Phil was knowledgeable, responsive and patient. We had many queries during the process of obtaining our mortgage and Phil was quick to respond via email or phone at any time, day or night. Not that my wife and I expect that kind of service, but he went above and beyond. He patiently helped us navigate through some difficult circumstances including application delays due to unprecedented demand, rapidly rising interest rates and a rushed settlement. No matter what changes were made or issues that arose, he was equal to the task. I can confidently recommend his services. Thanks Phil!

Phil recently helped us successfully secure a loan and reach settlement on our new home in Sydney. A stressful time in a heated market compounded by lengthy processing times with banks, but Phil helped us get through all the drama and kept us well informed through out the whole affair. I would recommend Phil if you are looking for someone who will help you see through to the finish line. Thanks Phil.

We've recently bought and settled on a property, which truly would not have happened without Phil's support. We've known him for a while now, and to say he goes above and beyond for us is an understatement. His ability to follow up, challenge, read situations and get stuck into the detail was super impressive. We can't thank him enough for his services. He was much more than a broker to us and I strongly recommend him to others. On top of all this, he is a great guy who genuinely wants what is best for his customers.

Phil was extremely helpful, always available and left no stone unturned to get us the best loan and therefore property that we could. He explained the steps and process along the way answering my frequent and multitude of questions. Great to have Phil as part of my Finance A-Team for years to come!

It was fantastic working with Phil for our purchase which had to happen in a very short time frame. Phil was very knowledgeable, efficient, and managed our expectations throughout the whole process. He kept us updated every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure everything happened according to our original tight timeline.

We have used Phil a number of times in the past and will do so again in the future. He takes care of his clients, does what he says, promptly replies, is contactable afterhours, and isnt afraid to take on challenging or complicated loan structures. Dont look anywhere else - Phil Lau is your man.
