Thanks Phil, you have been nothing short of being an amazing broker. You helped me when no one could. Your attention to details, follow-up and persistence has highly impressed me. I have no doubt that i would be recommending you to others for your service. I wish you all the best and once again thanks a lot. Your help in getting this mortgage means a lot to me. All the best Phil!

I have to say that Phil was excellent. We stopped and started a number of times (on my end) and he was resilient enough to continue to push the process from his end. It's a very challenging time to refinance and a ridiculous amount of paperwork required. Phil made sure we kept everything on track throughout the process and got the deal done.

Phil is very professional and friendly, from the first conversation to the settlement, he explains the processes, detailed interactions & instructions, responsive day and night. After 6mths of searching for the right property for me, I’m surprised he wasn’t sick of my questions! Definitely recommend him, you won’t be disappointed! (My sister will be his next client)

Phil provided the full service from beginning to end. He offered fantastic advice from the outset, he took the time to understand our current position and future plans then he explained all the pros and cons from each product for our situation. When we agreed on a product, Phil assisted preparing and completing all the necessary documents for lodgement. Finally when our documents were lodged Phil was relentless in following up the lender in finalising the deal which would not have been completed without him. I would recommend Phil to anyone who is considering a loan. Thanks again Phil.

From the time we met Phil both my wife and I knew he was good at what he does. He's knowledge of the market combined with his outgoing personality was exceptional. We developed a good friendship and anything we needed to know Phil was there day or night to answer the call. I would recommend Phil to anyone who requires a excellent and Professional Broker to get the best outcome for potential buyers in the market. We look forward to meeting Phil in person soon and having a quiet beer to celebrate the purchase of our new home.

Phil is the guru, the ultimate go to person. His knowledge, wisdom and advice is exceptional. I can not recommend him more highly, he is simply the best. Phil has an understanding of finance and borrowing and an insight into lending institutions that I have not yet come across. For me having him on your side, helping you is fantastic. He might not say what you want to hear, but his advise is stellar and it works. And at the end of the day that's what matters, and I'll listen to and follow Phil anyday.

Phil was great to work with right from the start, he was proactive in finding us a loan and always available when needed. Highly recommend and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Phil is the broker you want if you want someone who is actually going to fight the banks to get what you want. Phil takes the time to understand your circumstances and then puts together a comprehensive application based on your actual circumstances. He dose not accept "No" for an answer and makes sure the banks stick to their actual policies. He'll give you a range of borrowing options and realistic expectations and then do his darnedest to deliver! 100%

Phil has once again exceeded my expectations resulting in the purchase of a development site that would have seemed pie in the sky just one year ago. As I had sold two properties during the height of the pandemic, I was extremely motivated to purchase again before the market shifted. I quickly found out the type of property that met my criteria were few and far between with plenty of competition. After narrowly missing out on two properties at the end of the year I was fearing the worst but then one more popped up albeit out of my price range. With the market heating up I spoke with Phil and we squeezed the lemon so I could at least try my hand at auction. By some stroke of luck, the auction was passed into me but there was still a long way to go. As my bid was at the high end of my range, I had little to bargain with. What ended up getting it across the line was offering a 30-day settlement. This was pushing it a bit but as I had pre-approval, I thought this would be fine. (Phil had told me to do a 60-day settlement). I found out the following day that the bank had cancelled my application due to a clerical error. All documentation would need to be resubmitted with a three-week turnaround the week before Christmas. With the two-week blackout period over Christmas and New Year’s this didn’t bode well. There was a very real possibility of losing the deposit and the property. Long story short Phil came in to the rescue. He wasted no time getting the bank to admit fault and pushed them to bypass the usual channels to have my application fast tracked. The finance came through on time, the property has now settled, and I couldn’t be happier. This was a very unusual situation and one where the banks don’t like to admit they are in the wrong. The outcome could have been very different, let’s just say I am very grateful to have Phil as my broker.

Phil came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He is a seasoned finance professional and reliable agent with a wealth of knowledge about the lending process. Phil provided excellent service from start to finish. He was very responsive throughout the process and always willing to help. When there were hiccups on our end with our conveyancer and delays with our bank, Phil went above and beyond to help. We completed on time over the Christmas break, which we couldn’t have done without Phil’s help. We can’t recommend Phil highly enough and will continue to use him for many years to come.

Phil worked extremely hard to achieve the very best outcome for me . He went out of his way to make my dream to come through. Very highly recommend.

Phil is a very experienced Finance professional. This is matched by his hands-on and "roll the sleeves up" approach to helping his clients. He is very responsive and will go above and beyond. I was very impressed with him during all our interactions. Highly recommended. Thanks Phil for everything.
