We found Spencer through a FB help page. We had specific needs that we kept having trouble with, primarily in relation to a rural property we were wanting to purchase. Spencer not only turned what we thought to be an impossible dream into reality but he did so quickly, walked us through every step, answered our millions of questions 24/7. Our loan amount was small compared with others but that didn’t make Spencer prioritise us any less. He always made himself available whenever we needed him, had a question or were worried about something. We were totally clueless about everything involved in a home loan and Spencer could easily have taken advantage of us but instead he guided us through the process, giving us options that not only fit our needs but found and presented the cheapest/best options for us.
