Richard was very helpful in selling our house. My house needed some work before putting in the market and he advised me on exactly what prospective buyers will be looking for, which in turn helped me to spend my money on only the required work. Richard also arranged many trades people and even was following up the progress of the work regularly. During the sales process, he showed his smooth negotiating skills and was able to get a good price for my house. Overall i am happy to have chosen him as my sales agent.
