Since engaging 1840 Real Estate to manage my rental property, the experience has been seamless. Their expertise in managing properties has meant the process of leasing my house has been efficient and professional. Karl is always incredibly personable, making it feel like a friend is taking care of my property. 1840 have always kept me up to date with any issues with the house, but otherwise keep contact to a minimum unless necessary. When I purchased one of my investment properties, 1840 were already the management company looking after. So after 6 months, decided to stay with 1840, as they are so professional and keep me updated regarding my tenants.. So with the purchase of another investment property in the next street. I engaged 1840 to manage this property aswell, as both Karl and Celeste are professional in what they do, along with keeping me updated regarding my tenants. Along with market intelligence on how the rental prices are going in Adelaide.. Would highly recommend to any landlord looking for a management team to look after their investment properties..

I have a high level of trust with Karl, Celeste and Lillian at 1840 real estate. They not only have my best interests at heart but I also know that they look after the tenants in their properties too, which certainly helps the landlords minimise the turnover and related costs for the properties. I have always been able to openly discuss and seek advice from the 1840 team around market rental rates, property maintenance and repairs which is something i highly value. I would definitely recommend 1840 real estate to any landlords (or tenants) as their service is exceptional.
