Extremely professional with great communication. I have struggled in the past to find the right agents for our rental property but since being with 1840 real estate I can say it's been a 'weight off my shoulders'! They have been honest, reliable and trustworthy throughout all proceedings and with 3 kids to care for, that's exactly what I need and the last thing I need to worry about it. They go to great lengths to ensure we have the best possible tenants and we have never had any issues with the people staying in our property. Karl, Celeste and the rest of the team at 1840 Real Estate have been such a pleasure to work with over my past 4 years with them. They are not only very knowledgeable in their field, but also such down to earth and easy to talk to experts - I feel they treat my property as if it were their own. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone and to also follow them on Instagram - they're pretty funny people to watch! I have used 1840's services for both my properties and haven't been disappointed so far. They are prompt in their responses and also very competitive in their management fees. They have secured good tenants each time as well which is great relief as a landlord. Would definitely use their services again if there is a third property.
