The team at 1840 Real Estate are the best agents we’ve ever had. They find great tenants, not just give our investment to anyone that turns up, they do background checks to make sure the risks are very low. They do very timely inspections throughout the tenancy and very thorough out-going inspections too. The team report any issues or repairs that need attention and once given the go ahead the repairs are completed in a very timely fashion. We have recommended the team at 1840 Real Estate to lots of friends and family, who are also using their services and are also very happy with the way they conduct themselves and look after people’s investments. We’ve found other real estate companies don’t treat us with the same respect. 1840 treat our investment like their own and that’s exactly what we want. I can’t recommend them any higher and we look forward to their continued help and support in the future.

Karl & Celeste took care of my property and made the entire process from our first meeting to regular updates and reports throughout the tenancy, easy and carefree.
