Ease in stressful times
Bring our first rental home we really didn’t know what to expect. 1840 explained the process clearly and ‘took charge’ to minimise stress.

An agency with a human touch!
1840 Real Estate made renting and moving easy for me. Communication was excellent, clear and concise. Appointment times were honoured. Questions were answered quickly and fully. The few minor issues I had with the property (most were my misunderstanding of how the door locks worked and not an issue at all!) were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I always felt listened to and I was met with respect and understanding. The agency provided a truly human touch. I commend the team for clear communication, availability, readiness to listen to questions and, in general, making it a smooth and easy process. Thank you!

Zero vacancy days
Thank you so much Karl & Celeste! Time after time a tenant will come and go and you always find a new quality tenant with no ‘downtime’ to my income. 1840 was recommended to us and we weren't disappointed. As this is our first investment we were a little nervous, Karl and the team walked us through the process thoroughly in a relaxed environment. Their communication is excellent, they have a high standard in professionalism and were very thorough in finding the best tenant. Karl's knowledge of the market is elite. He can also take a good photo - just ask him! If you want to talk steaks see a butcher, if you want to talk real estate see the team at 1840.

Fabulous Property Manager😇
Celeste is my Guardian Angel for my home. My home is an investment now. Celeste is an AMAZING Advocate for myself and my home. Great Agency
The team at 1840 are very responsive and proactive in the management of properties. I have found them to be progressive in the strategies they engage to select tennants and great negotiators. Additionally as issues sometimes come up they have a wealth of experience to drawn upon. They are the only property managers I'd recommend.
