The team at 1840 are very responsive and proactive in the management of properties. I have found them to be progressive in the strategies they engage to select tennants and great negotiators. Additionally as issues sometimes come up they have a wealth of experience to drawn upon. They are the only property managers I'd recommend.

They are very professional, responsible and reliable. I rented an apartment with 1840 Real Estate for more than five years and I never had an issue with them during this time.
