On two occasions they have successfully found very good tenants for us, and also dealt with the consequences of a burglary which damaged a window and door of our property. After my tenant broke their lease (due to moving interstate) the process to secure a new tenant was no worries. There found me a tenant in only a few weeks thanks to their marketing being prominent and standing out from other properties for rent in the building. As an interstate landlord transitioning from privately renting my place out to engaging a real estate agent to manage my property, I was worried that I might end up with an agency with inexperienced property managers who do not perform proper checks or inspections on my property as they should. From my dealings with Karl so far, he has given me the reassurance that this real estate agency will provide me with the best service possible. Karl explained the whole process to me and answered any queries I had to make this transition from private renting to engaging an agent a lot easier. Everything went smoothly from handover to getting a new tenant into the property. The initial property inspection report that I received was very thorough and was definitely done properly. I'd feel comfortable sitting back and listening to Karl or Celeste's advice regarding my property moving forward as they have definitely given me the impression of people who are knowledgeable and very professional.
