Great Communication and Professionalism
An absolute pleasure to deal with Karl and Celeste from first interaction. Promptly returned all calls, queries and are genuinely interested in their clientele. Both were very happy to set aside time to inspect property and answer any questions prior to hiring as agency. Landlords best interest at heart.
These guys are great. It's not just about letting a property but getting the right tenant for your property. Their frequent inspection reports are second to none, full of photos and detailed foot notes. Wish I'd found them sooner.

The Best Around
Karl, Celeste and the Team have always been reliable and a phone call away. With the recent endeavour to find tenants for our new property, Karl and Celeste were by our side the whole way through the process giving us frequent updates and advice on how to proceed. Could not have done it without them.

The team at 1840 real estate were friendly, professional and knowledgeable from the day 1. They were happy to explain the process for a first time landlord renting out their property like myself. Amazing agency!

Highly recommend
Karl and the team has helped to rent, conduct inspections and liaise 2 properties. He firstly came to my attention when I was looking for a property manager for my daughters unit a couple of years ago. So it was a no brainer when my son decided to rent out his house. I called Karl and he only had one open and we had a couple who was perfect. 1840 staff are very diligent in the vetting of persctive renters and from experience with my daughters place,it works really well. I would recommend 1840 team to anyone, we have been extremely happy with their service.
