1840 review of our property was brilliant for advertising. 1840 understanding of the area was fantastic, local amenities, schools, childcare, shopping, etc Arranged lots of opens before my property was handed over to me via the site supervisor. Managed to secure an excellent tenant for our property. Super happy with Lillian for keeping me up to date with the progress of finding a suitable tenant. 1840 create a smooth process of finding a tenant, gaining references for the tenant, calculating the tenant's affordability. Nothing is too much for them. So happy and will definitely use them for my next property.

Overall they are a good agency! There were some teething problems when last tenant moved out. Have all been resolved now and will make sure these issues do not occur again. Overall they are very professional and we have an open line of Communication with them

1840 have changed my opinion on Real Estate agents. Their personal touch and customised experience are completely different from other experiences I have had with Real Estates. Not wasting my time with phone calls with problems, instead emailing me, letting me know there was a problem and that is has been solved. Their attention to the small details is seen an appreciated.

I’ve now used 1840 twice to rent my house out due to work commitments abroad. Both times on the fly due to last minute changes. They have delivered everything they have said they would in a punctual manner. While also looking after and communicating any issues with said property.
