We have dealt with 1840 real estate team for a year now from a landlord perspective. They are always very responsive and supportive of us. In term of professionalism, there are always 3 months inspection report with images to show the condition of the house. If there is any issue, it seems notified and resolved within timeframe. It seems like they are also communicating regularly with the tenants. They also disclosed any fee and charges incurred with transparency so you expect what is coming. I really admire their effort and hope they keep that up. Their award winning achievement is a great testimony to their outstanding work.
