Tim is cheaper than the other agents and this is a case of you get what you pay for. We were interstate on selling our house. Tim did not keep us up to date on the progress of the sale. We always needed to contacted him and it took him days to return a call. Made a stressful situation even worse. Agents usually are great communicators and ensures the seller is well informed. This was certainly an awful experience. Pay the extra and get a professional.
