Well guided
Tim was very helpful right from the first conversation. He made good time to talk us through the process of selling and he was able to provide grounded advice at each point. Whenever I had questions he was happy to discuss them and seemed to be drawing on his own regular reading of the market. In the end he helped us secure a good sale. His offer of allowing us to show the house was also a valuable opportunity. I enjoyed meeting the interested buyers.

I found Tim to be very professional and his knowledge of the market was highly accurate.
Our experience with 4Front realty and Tim in particular has been excellent . Tim achieved the price that he quoted for our home in a relatively short space of time. Professional to the letter!
