We were disappointed with the service provided when purchasing from Tim. Despite being informed there were multiple offers on the property, no multiple offer situation paperwork was provided. After submitting our offer on a $490k advertised property, the advertising price was changed to $520k at our exact offer price and only emailed one party of the offer that the vendor had accepted. On contacting Tim, we were informed he had changed the price to “see how much we could get” for the vendors, and never advertised as under contract. When we were nearing the end of our contract period on our offer, he contacted us after hours Friday night in attempt to somehow expedite the process with our conveyancer, including to ask our conveyancer to pull some strings. We found his communication pushy and harassing in nature, and threatened us with claims of other professionals viewing the property as means to hurry us along. If it weren’t for the property being so great, we would never purchase through Tim. Whilst a great outcome for the vendor, it came with a loss of respect and much resentment.

I didn’t know who to get to sell my home as I don’t know many realestate agencies in Ulverstone. My sister recommended Tim as she found him happy and easy to talk to. I was extremely happy with Tim, he came quickly when I rang him, took photos and had it listed that night, I was eager to sell it quickly as I was wanting to purchase another home, and he exceeded my expectations to having it sold in only a few days.
