My property manager Janaya was excellent, very helpful and professional during my search for a rental property and subsequently leasing 30 Ash Street. I do have one problem and that's the property report. It's impossible while shifting to give the property report full attention. I have since found numerous things which were missed due to the very short deadline of returning the property report . I think the property report setup is excellent for the tenant, property owner and property manager. Property inspection should not be done while the owners are there and still shifting out.

I have rented through 4one4 twice in 2018 and 2022. I have found both Abbey and Georgia to be very proactive in answering my questions and communicating and in fixing maintenance issues when they arise. The company is very professionally run and its people show genuine care for their clients.
