Responsive, helpful and ethical
We are new as landlords in Tasmania. We have been very happy with 4one4 and their property management team. Found us a chimney sweep when we needed one. Informed us of our responsibility to maintain and yearly inspect smoke detectors - and hired professionals to do that. Wood fired heater needed attention. They gave us helpful advice (we are out of the country not just out of the State) regarding pros & cons of repair vs replacement. On top of that their vetting process found us a good tenant. Very quick to respond to communication. 👏

Prompt and Reliable
Finding a house in Hobart had never been this easy, we got the approval within a week and the process was so smooth. Janaya really made us feel the connection from the start for our first tenancy and now the expeditious service provided by Kristy and Taylese for the second is rewarding! Good Work Team! Staff and the process
The staff were all so friendly from the time we viewed the house,Jo and her colleague had the most beatiful smiles . When we visited the office to sign the lease the welcome and all explanations were amazing . My daughter said they are all classy and smart. Thank you one 4 one.Moving from a different country aint easy but you made it simple for us.

True to there word
Being out of state and investing in Tasmania, finding the right agent to manage my investment was a priority. Numerous conversations with multiple agencies I chose 4ONE4.
