Rented out my first beloved home which I have renovated inside and outside to 4one4 property. Georgia Webster is my property manager. Had some problems at the start where open homes were cancelled and no conversion into rental applications. Eventually I did my own scouting and open homes and found a tenant. Very detailed condition report and good communication between me and the agent. So far so good. Fees are slightly high but hopefully it pays off in the long run
