My first experience with a property manager having previously handled things myself.

4one4 were prepared to chase a higher rental than 2 other companies. The final rental value exceeded our expectations. They were professional and did keep us informed through the process. They also listened to what we wanted in a tenant.

Hanna was a great communicator - she was very lovely and helped us find a place in a difficult market, and she took the extra time to meet with us at the property - and was very prompt and helpful with her communications.
