4one4 has good automatic processes, and work efficiently. I have found their responses generally prompt and always professional. Unfortunately, in the short time we have been with them, we have been very disappointed in their management of re-leasing our property. Firstly, it was unexpectedly listed with appalling photos, at a price and with terms that were not previously discussed with us. Eventually after several conversations the listing was removed with an automated message sent to us about its removal. When it was relisted with new photos our other instructions were disregarded. When prospective tenants were shown through we received multiple automated emails and text messages about it, yet when a new tenancy agreement was signed it took a week and more emails from us before we received an automated response that it had been leased (soon after an auto response that the person managing it had gone on holidays). In summary, I think the company has developed many useful automated tools for property management, but in the process they have lost the human contact necessary to have a good working relationship with landlords.
