Rental application process
From organizing to view the property ,having our application processed and then signing the lease and picking up the keys.All the staff I dealt with were friendly, proffessional and explained everything thoroughly.It was such a contrast to dealing with Rock Property for a number of years which were completely the opposite.Thankyou 4ONE4 keep up the good work! Very supportive and helpful agency.
We recently purchased our first property in Hobart through 4one4 and their service was amazing! As first home buyers we had a lot questions and queries and needed some thoughtful advice about the whole process and Shaun and the team were amazing with their assistance! They went out of their to answer our questions on every occasion and assist with everything they could throughout the whole process. They gave us genuine advice and helpful hints, they were warm and unpretentious and I really felt we could trust and rely on them. Even after the sale we decided to rent our property through their agency and they made it all so easy and every member of their team we had contact with was organised, up to date on everything and so nice to deal with. I would highly recommend 4one4 to anyone in the market in Tassie.

good service and responsible
I have appointed 4one4 as our management agent after settlement on 12/11/2018 and they immediate put the property on market and kept us immediate contacts after each inspection. They are also give their advice on each application they passed to us and within 2 weeks we secure a tenant and get the price we asked for. They also help us to get a good quote for all the necessary repairs
