good service and responsible
I have appointed 4one4 as our management agent after settlement on 12/11/2018 and they immediate put the property on market and kept us immediate contacts after each inspection. They are also give their advice on each application they passed to us and within 2 weeks we secure a tenant and get the price we asked for. They also help us to get a good quote for all the necessary repairs

I love this team!

Abbey, Grace, Kristy and Romanie are an amazing team that will look after your best interests while offering exceptional service. This team is perfection!
We were recently renting this property ourselves and after our tenant did a lease break on the property we asked 4one4 to help us find a new tenant. As part of the process they were able to achieve an extra $70 per week for us which is amazing. This team works hard every day and I now have two properties rented through them I would not hesitate in recommending them!
