After Growing up with a family that all work within the Real Estate Industry, it was clear that I would follow Paul my father and Robyn my mother into the industry and started working in 2007 at our family agency 4one4 Realestate. Over this time, I have thoroughly enjoyed working within the industry and have also branched out into property development and in my time have constructed five home and have also owned four properties of my own so I understand the stress that comes with buying and selling property. In 2010 I Married by Beautiful wife Abbey who now always works within the agency as our head property manager and have two amazing children Parker and Quinn and in 2013 I completed my “Diploma of property services” and became a licenced Real Estate Agent which happens to be this highest qualification available within our industry. Being a member of Generation Y, I enjoy exploring new and exciting ways of marketing my vendor’s properties. My Innovative ideas and approach to marketing has been rewarded with the Real Estate Industry of Tasmania awarding our agency “Most Innovative” three times and I have also been lucky enough to win the REIA Innovation award (Australia’s most innovative office) along with the REIA Medium agency of the year. I am always researching new ideas for our agency to make sure we are at the forefront in providing our clients every advantage when selling their home and have invested heavily in digital marketing by ensuring a large percentage of my properties enjoy Video and social media marketing. Of course selling real estate is truly my main hobby in life, however I do also enjoy heading out on the River Derwent on my jet ski, sitting back with a cold beer in one of Salamanca's many bars and most importantly of all enjoying time with my family and watching my two amazing children grow up before my eyes. My Wife and I ran a small family Building business for the last thirty years, we built small homes for the first home buyer and larger designed homes, we built these homes in the Northern suburbs, on the eastern shore, Sandy Bay, South Hobart and West Hobart. When I decided to close down our Building business I was approached by Paul Berry from 4one4 Real Estate to work for his company after considering his offer I thought that it was very similar to the building industry and without the workload of running your own business I decided to take him up on his offer starting in August 2016. I feel I have a lot to offer people buying properties with my past building experience, I am happy to pass on my thoughts about renovations and extensions etc. Being involved in a family business that is an award wining company is certainly exciting, we are undergoing stage two of our office renovations that will be completed by the end of the financial year, our reception area was stage one, all the remarks from our clients has been fantastic and we cant wait for you to see it for yourself. so if you are thinking of selling or purchasing a property please give me a call.

🌟 This Man Is Worth His Weight In Gold 🌟

I would go so far as to say that this was likely the most nightmare-ish sale in the history of 'home sales' that Mr Murray had to 'endure', due to the acrimonious nature between the sellers. He handled the situation in the most professional manner, and displayed incredible patience and support. I sincerely believe that the situation would have repelled a lesser man. I want to thank Aaron for his perseverance and dedication from start to finish. I could not recommend him more highly. Thank You 🙏

Quick, polite and straightforward!

Aaron was an excellent communicator, who was from the first moment tolerant of our disorganised selves. He restored my belief in decent male real estate agents after some not great meetings with others previously. He was respectful, friendly, and sold our house quickly with minimal stress for us, which is exactly what we needed in our current situation. I could not fault his work ethic or the result at all!

Aaron personifies what is lacking in alot of people these days

No matter who comes into contact with Aaron he treats everyone with respect. It doesn't matter if you are his direct client or not, he will go out of his way to ensure that you are looked after and will try to help with solutions. Aaron is a credit to 4ONE4 and I wish there more people like him, he is honest, reliable and willing to go that extra mile to help everyone and anyone. Don't let him go as it would be a big loss. Knowledgeable and took away any concerns we had about selling our property.

Shaun just took the reins from the get go,he walked us through the process and gave us good information as to what we should expect to sell the house for.He came up with an asking price and explained exactly how we would go about getting top dollar for the property.We were very impressed as the property sold within a fortnight above the price that we were hoping for.So all I can say is Thankyou Shaun ,it was a pleasure having you and 414 realestate sell our property and we would have no hesitation in using you again.
