Due to the declining health of my mum and her emergency admittance into respite care with the view of her being admitted into permanent aged care if she was happy and agreeable, our family had very little time to get our heads around putting her unit on the market, advertising, selling, solicitors, contracts, banks, centrelink and aged care.
