Highly professional, efficient and great to deal with property management team
We have just signed on our first tenants as landlords and couldn’t be happier with our choice of 4one4 to manage our new property in Hobart. We initiated conversations with Brooke Hall in Business Development early in the purchase process. As we were making the purchase from interstate and only had limited to time over Australia Day to visit the property in person Brooke took time out from her public holiday to meet with us and inspect the property. We left this meeting feeling well informed and very confident in having Brooke and her team manage the property. From there the process has been extremely easy and smooth with 4one4 managing all on-the-ground aspects on our behalf such as access for marketing imagery, key handover, inspections etc. The process has been so efficient that we have tenants on board within days of final settlement! Most of our dealings have been with Brooke and more recently our property manager Brendon Barwick and they’ve been fantastic to work with. We’ve also been provided a property portfolio app which looks like it will make keeping abreast of financials and maintenance requests very easy. Again we would highly recommend 4one4 as property managers in the Hobart area.
