A couple of basic things has let me down, eg no pets are part of the contract but I saw in a photo from an inspection report there was a pet I then had to point this out, I pay for the agency to make sure Tenant complies to their contract the same as I have to as the owner. I have found the communication from 4one4 to be very poor. Not being told the tenant had a dog (when the contract has a no pet clause) to having furniture disappear without any communication and generally having to fight and seek answers to questions. It feels like they either don't care or work for the tenant and not the landlord. Considering switching at this stage.
