Despite my property settlement being delayed for reasons outside everyone's control, they quickly adjusted the leasing plan, kept prospective tenants informed, and secured a quality tenant at a strong rental price shortly after settlement. They also coordinated the pre-settlement inspection, arranged access for the depreciation schedule, organised council bins, and kept me updated throughout the process. As an interstate investor, having a responsive and professional property management team is very important, and I have been very pleased with their service so far.
