About Abbey

In 2011 Abbey began her real estate career after an opportunity within the family business became available. In 2013 she finished her Diploma of Real Estate & became a licensed Property Manager and in 2017 became a licensed Real Estate Agent. Abbey thoroughly enjoys her role of Senior Property Portfolio Manager & into the future she looks forward to continuing to enhance the Property Management department & building the agency’s reputation as the number one Property Management business in the Northern Suburbs.

About Kristy

Kristy’s real estate career began in 2013 when she commenced a part time position with 4one4 Real Estate Brighton as sales receptionist. During her time with the company she has worked in a variety of positions, most recently assisting in the Property Management department. Due to her experience with both sales and property management, in 2017 she was offered a promotion to Portfolio Manager. Kristy looks forward to growing her portfolio and learning a variety of new skills.

4one4 Property Co. commenced operations in 2006 trading out of 414 Main Road, Glenorchy with a team of three staff. Since our humble beginnings we have grown to a 23 staff operation and currently manage over 800 property for rent and have been involved in helping over 2500 clients achieve their property goals in the past seven years. Within this time we have also won a total of 20 Real Estate Institute of Tasmania awards for excellence including the best medium agency in the state for five years running plus are the only Tasmanian agency to currently hold two National awards showcasing our dedication to a high standard of communication and service with every client that we meet and deal with. In addition to our successful sales and rental department we are also the only Tasmanian real estate company to have our own production company "4one4 Media House" who produces all our marketing material for properties listed for sale and rent ensuring our clients receive only the best when listing their home through 4one4 Real Estate. We believe it is our innovative approach to real estate that has ensured we stay top of mind for a lot of our clients and are here to show you that we are the premium agency you have been searching for.
