My managing agent, Brendon is very professional and knowledgeable. He keeps me up to date with the market and works hard to find tenants which matches landlord's requirements. If you are an investor and looking for someone to manage your property, Brendon is highly recommended.

Demi showed us through a prospective rental that we were successful for. Her and the team at 4one4 are great people and I am glad to become a tenant under them

Demi is very friendly and attentive, due to our inconvenience to view the place in person, she went to the property and took some videos for our inspection. The lease signing process was easy, everything is very nice so far :)

We had just come into the rental market after 6+ years of renting privately, we spoke to Grace on the phone when first putting in our applications, she was beyond supportive, walked us through what the process would be and then when we were accepted, Grace walked through what renting through an agency would be like. Grace was absolutely brilliant!

Im a a new customer who was bought without permission from myself. This request has been a nuisance and completely impersonal, lacking the basic integrity of a quality rating. Giving this process I will say that Hannah Bowerman has conducted herself professionally and Im happy with her service. The rest of your insecure capabilities is of little interest.
