Ive been with 4one4 for approx 7 months now Kristy is a pleasure and very professional person to deal with. Every aspect of managing my property she has gone above expectations and gives out of state owners that peace of mind, with having been with 3 other real estate managers over the years 4one4 out classes them by far.

We recently applied for a rental property through 4one4 and could not be more impressed with the efficiency of the process! Within one week we had viewed the property, applied and signed the rental agreement. Jasmine was helpful, knowledgeable and was very approachable. The whole team communicated with us through every step of the application process and the online application made it very easy to apply and collect information from our referees. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in Hobart.

A real estate agency that does what real estates everywhere SHOULD do. 4one4 are so on top of their game, agencies should come to them from all over Australia to see how it's done. They are thorough, personable, professional, technically superior and they think ahead all the time. They go beyond the call of duty, do things before I even think about them and think ahead all the time. And they have maintained this standard (if not improved) for many years now. We are SO impressed and pleased with 4one4. We feel "safe" with them.

If we were unsure about anything all we had to do was ask, and it explained clearly. Best customer service ever.

From the time we applied for this property, if we had any questions we were promptly informed, by Hannah. Customer service was impeccable. Having to apply for a property from South Australia, (with the help from my daughter in Hobart), was very challenging. I would recommend 4one4 real estate definitely. I would like to thank the 4one4 team, for being so understanding.
