We have had Grace and Abbey look after our rental property (Glenorchy branch) and could not be happier with the service they are providing. Communication is fantastic, online portal is a very handy tool with a very professional touch!

We were building a house to rent out and before it was completed covid happened and being from NSW we needed someone we could trust to oversee and complete the process involved in finalising the project as we couldn't travel to Tasmania. We had met Patrick and Grace on our last trip before the borders closed and they impressed us to the point that we felt we trusted them enough to be our representatives They have gone above and beyond to ensure we know everything we need to about our property and liaised with our builders to address any issues. This is something they didn't need to do, but they didn't hesitate when we approached them for help. We couldn't be more grateful and they've now rented out the house for the price we wanted.

I am not the expert on computers or knowing if I have completed forms correctly, 4one4 were very patient and helpful. They also were very informative and maintained a secure setting in dealing with the covid-19 issues.
