From the time of engagement Laurie was there following up on all opportunities allowing us to have a stress free transaction. Laurie was great with the buyers as well. I have engaged Laurie to sell another property for me. I highly recommend him.

I had the best service from my agent and customer service ladies. Local knowledge, and full knowledge of the real estate business proved to be very helpful.

Martin was one of many real estate agents that showed my partner and myself through several houses. He stood out from the rest as not only was he very easy to contact and speak to but he also didn't try to polish a turd so to speak. He told you the facts about the house as he saw it. He knew that the houses we were looking at had flaws and wasnt afraid to point those out. We had some issues with the seller of the house not replying to emails from lawyers and he went above and beyond to get in touch with them one way or an other to get response from them. I cant recommend him enough.

Our house was sold after the first open home and an unconditional contract too! Laurie really knew the current market at the time, priced the house perfectly and succeeded in achieving a quick, hassle free sale. Laurie was also well supported by the team at 4One4 Property Co. Thanks Laurie, highly recommend.

Martin helped me sell my mother's house under very trying personal circumstances. His knowledge of the area and what we could expect to sell for and under what conditions was second to none. He even went the extra mile and personally over-saw the installation of new carpet and whole house painting as I live interstate. Martin sold the property for top$$$ - within a week of the renovations being completed and before it even went to market! This is why you use a real estate agent! Martin kept in contact with me on all developments. I would highly recommend both Martin Evans and 4one4 Real Estate to anyone - for their professionalism, market knowledge and flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile - not only for their vendors, but their buyers as well. A great experience in a turbulent time.

Living in Melbourne we thought selling our house in Hobart would be a chore, however, we found Martin online, and he made the entire experience go through without issue. He is very knowledgeable about the local market and made sure we were up to date with any goings on. We are so thankful we chose him as our agent. Would definitely recommend him if you are thinking of selling property. Thank you Martin.
