During a stressful time in my life (separation and selling our family home), the team at 4one4 Property made securing an appropriate rental for my teenagers and I seamless and simple. Right from expressing interest, viewing the property and being provided with information to apply for the property, through to being walked through the contract and advised on how to pay bond and rent, the communication was terrific and I felt informed and valued at every step.

First time renters with this agency, they're definitely the friendliest and most accommodating for agency's we have been with so far. I've got colleges who also rent with 4one4 and they have only good things to say as well.

You have been fantastic in securing new tenants for our investment property. Immediately after the existing tenants gave notice, you have been very proactive in advertising and selecting a new tenant. The whole process has been communitcated very clearly and we are very happy with the new people who are making our house their new home. Thanks again.
