We highly recommend Chris to anyone thinking of selling their property. He has years of experience in the Hobart real estate space, is genuine, realistic and has been a pleasure to work with, plus he achieved an amazing sale price for our house.

From the moment we phoned up, upon the recommendation of a recent customer of 4one4, until that sale of the property, John and Aaron kept us up to date, set realistic timelines, and made some recommendations that did not only achieve the price we were seeking but exceeded it by a huge margin, Their knowledge of the market and customer base is quite apparent with their sales strategy.

From the moment we phoned John, upon the recommendation of a recent customer of 414 until the sale of the property, John and Aaron kept us to to date, set realistic time lines and made some recommendations that not only achieved the price we were seeking but exceeded it by a huge margin. Their knowledge of the market and customer base is quite apparent with their sales strategy based around the type of property we had and the market that would be seeking this type of property. Would we use again? Absolutely. We can not thank you enough.
