Knowledgeable and personable
Very easy to deal with; energetic and knowledgeable; always communicated with us over what was going on or needed doing. Recommended a price target and a suitable level of advertising. Then found a buyer in short order. Very happy we chose him to sell our house.

Very friendly and professional realestate agent
Patrick was very friendly everytime we met; in office and onsite of property. He clearly explained everything about the processing of buying a house and also kindly explained all the legal stuff on the contract too.
