From start to finish, Martin showed us around in a welcoming disposition and he was happy to answer and find out other pertinent information which we required. Martin kept us informed in every step of the way which mattered due to our unique circumstances, and Martin is someone you want on you side. For us he helped us purchase the property in a diligent manner. Thank you Martin for the wonderful service you had showed us.

All our dealings with Martin have been top notch. The property that we purchased was remote but Martin made the effort to meet with us immediately. Very attentive and approachable. Didn't try to blind us with the usual real estate speel. Honest and reliable. Thank you Martin.

John’s communication and knowledge of the market is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend John to anyone with confidence.
John McGregor
Highly recommend John to anyone who needs to sell a property. He is an awesome agent!
John McGregor
John McGregor was the most professional agent I have ever dealt with and I have bought and sold many properties in different states in Australia. From the very first phone call I was impressed by his manner, knowledge and how professional he was. By the time he arrived at my aunties property and having dealt with two other agents my words to John was ' You already have the sale of this property so don't do anything to lose it'. John lived up to my expectations through a difficult time for me in trying to deal with my very ill auntie in hospital whilst clearing out her Montrose residence and getting it ready for sale. The property was listed on the Wednesday and by the Monday there were 9 contracts ready for my perusal which resulted in the property being sold before I left Tasmania to head back to Sydney. John also helped with some clearing out of the premises and by organising window cleaners etc. It was a surprise to still find someone so professional who still felt that turning up in a suit to meet a prospective client was just what he does. The price the property sold for in Huntley Street not only sold within 5 days of being listed but also sold nearly $100,000 over what had been quoted by other agents in the area. It is the old saying 'You pay for what you get'. John was more expensive than other agents but he more than met my expectations and far exceeded what I anticipated. I could not recommend John highly enough.

Laurie was very helpful and professional, he made the process stress free for us. We got a good price for the property and we are very happy with the result. I would have no problem recommending him and would have no hesitation using him again

During the presentation of the home Laurie was there to answer every question, if he didn't know he followed up. Nothing was too much trouble and his vast knowledge of the building industry helped with foreseeing what the home could be. Laurie was down to earth and didn't pressure us to make decisions quickly. I totally enjoyed my experience with Laurie and now consider him a mate.

We recently purchased our first home for which Laurie was the listing agent. Throughout the process we have been impressed by his professionalism, friendly nature and willingness to accommodate our requests. Laurie has gone out of his way to make himself available for us to inspect the property on multiple occasions. As prospective home buyers for the best part of a year, we have been witness to some questionable agent practices during our search. Laurie's attitude and approach has been a breath of fresh air for us and we wouldn't hesitate to use him should we ever wish to sell. Whether you're a buyer or seller, Laurie is approachable, upfront and can be entrusted with your most valuable asset. Highly recommended!
