Our journey started back in later October 15' when my partner & I decided that Sydney no longer had what we wanted in life, after having spent a year in Hobart my partner said let's go to Hobart and see what you think. We jumped on the plane and as soon as we landed I knew this is where I wanted to be. We spent a few days driving around and investigating a few suburbs and we knew as soon as we were back in Sydney it was tome to sell up and move. We put our house on the market & started looking at property in Hobart. We came across a few we were interested in however we were a bit too early in our own selling that we decided not to look untill our home was sold. December came and we had an offer, now we could begin to look we knew approximately how long we would be in transit so it was the perfect time. We came across a house we liked contacted Martin and explained our situation, he replied with helpful information and had no hesitation to help us in our hunt. Once we reached Hobart I contacted Martin and we made an appointment for the next day. The house unfortunately was not what we were after but he had a numerous amount of others to show us. He took the time in Explaining the market, the suburbs & everything we needed to know, no question was unanswered. We came across a beautiful house on their website one night I emailed Martin for an appointment and we were there the next day.Loved the house and we knew this was the one. Again every question was answered & in the process of settlement he was available for anything we needed to know about the property. It was such a pleasure dealing with Martin and 4 one 4 such a professional attitude towards their business and a real care factor. We were so impressed with their services that we have even signed them up to manage our rental property. Thank you Martin for finding our dream home and all in one week of being in Hobart & thank you for the lovely present on the day we picked up our keys!
