Our experience with Martin was stress free and successful. Martin was really honest about our home whilst recognising it's selling features. His market knowledge proved to be spot on and it was clear from the beginning that he was going to work hard to sell our home. He negotiated a price with the buyer that he knew we would be interested in and sold our home within days of launching it in the Internet!!
