We were building a house to rent out and before it was completed covid happened and being from NSW we needed someone we could trust to oversee and complete the process involved in finalising the project as we couldn't travel to Tasmania. We had met Patrick and Grace on our last trip before the borders closed and they impressed us to the point that we felt we trusted them enough to be our representatives They have gone above and beyond to ensure we know everything we need to about our property and liaised with our builders to address any issues. This is something they didn't need to do, but they didn't hesitate when we approached them for help. We couldn't be more grateful and they've now rented out the house for the price we wanted.

4one4 has been absolutely smooth with my application, they processed my application within 10 days and communicated with me when they needed any documents from me. Unlike any other agencies like Divine and PRD which didnt even bothered to communicate with me and just left my application and I didnt get any response from them at all.
