Positive Landlord Experience.
AP Reality Forest Lake have been managing our rental property for over 4 years, and during that time have done an excellent job. Carolyn has just re-leased our property and was a pleasure to deal with, she displayed a high level of integrity & consideration for both myself, the existing tenant & prospective tenants. She achieved all our expectations by finding great tenants for our property prior to the existing tenants lease expiring and managing a seamless change over between tenants.
