The experience has been ok. Things get fix asap but they don’t ask if it’s okay to give out the spare key so someone can come in a fix something. They just do it. They don’t know where the leak exactly is and they’ve just let a random walk into the house with no one there.

By far one of the best real estates we’ve experienced so far. Taylese from the Glenorchy branch was lovely.

We took the property into consideration based on the advertised building size, but unfortunately, it did not match the actual size of the unit. However, I would like to highlight that the leasing process and paperwork were very easy to complete, and the agent was exceptionally kind throughout the process.

Taylese is amazing to deal! She’s almost always available to answer the phone or if she’s not she’ll always call me back on the same day. Nothings ever a hassle for her and there’s nothing she wouldn’t do to help me out. She makes owning investment properties stress and hassle free!!

I’ve had my property with 4one4 since purchasing it. I have had all concerns met and dealt with. I have found all staff professional, efficient and caring; an important factor when handing over a home to be rented out. I would recommend 4one4 for all your real estate needs!

Joanne and Demi offered attentive advice and progressed the advertising and application process efficiently for my unit. Demi has been supportive of minor repairs and renovations occurring at the property and has communicated well with the new tenants and myself to ensure everything has been as smooth as possible. Thank you 4one4!
