Taylese has been a great agent to getting me into this property. Her availability to answer all questions big and small going into the tenancy agreement was sharp, concise and full of knowledge and experience from other properties. Taylese and the other team members at 4one4 have been incredibly approachable and work together to make great outcomes for the tenants

My property manager Janaya was excellent, very helpful and professional during my search for a rental property and subsequently leasing 30 Ash Street. I do have one problem and that's the property report. It's impossible while shifting to give the property report full attention. I have since found numerous things which were missed due to the very short deadline of returning the property report . I think the property report setup is excellent for the tenant, property owner and property manager. Property inspection should not be done while the owners are there and still shifting out.
