You couldn’t ask for a more dedicated, patient and passionate agent. “Above and beyond” really doesn’t go far enough! John is really in a class of his own, which is why we’ve gone back to him again and again to buy, sell, and rent our houses. A+++

Marilyn has been great to deal with, always available to take our calls and to organise inspections out of office hours. Having never completed a contract before, Marilyn was extremely patient and talked us through the process .

To say Paul and his staff worked hard to sell our property would be very much understating his effort. It was sold into a very difficult market and took a lot of effort as a result. Paul was always ahead of the game and kept me up to date on the status of the sale from beginning to end. Whenever I contacted Paul to make a suggestion or query something, Paul already had comprehensively covered the issue. I couldn't recommend Paul or 4One4 highly enough. There is no other real estate agency like them.

John did all he could to sell the unit in the most efficient time and way. John took matters in his own hands to reduce the stress that was already involved with selling my property due to marriage separation. He was professional, reliable, always polite and spot on with the sale price. Many thanks for all your support John. You made my life a little easier with this one. ☺️

Marilyn has been the perfect agent, great communication and there is no hurdle that Marilyn cannot overcome. In a difficult market Marilyn has achieved a great result for us, we couldn’t be happier with the service she has provided.

He is a professional, experience and helpful person. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. It was very convenient for me to book inspection time according to my schedule. Highly recommend!
