We decided on Martin after meeting with a few different firms and Martin gave us the confidence of his experience without the over the top promises. We were very glad that we had chosen Martin, as he was required to do the extra work in this market, and he diligently did so. We also gave him our preferred price and he strived to meet it (and exceeded it, in this market!). Constant communication and feedback kept us in the loop and when decisions needed to be made, options were provided and risks were planned for. We would recommend his services to anyone who prefers someone with bit of experience and who thinks on his feet. Very straight forward and no over promising.

Martin was one of many real estate agents that showed my partner and myself through several houses. He stood out from the rest as not only was he very easy to contact and speak to but he also didn't try to polish a turd so to speak. He told you the facts about the house as he saw it. He knew that the houses we were looking at had flaws and wasnt afraid to point those out. We had some issues with the seller of the house not replying to emails from lawyers and he went above and beyond to get in touch with them one way or an other to get response from them. I cant recommend him enough.
