Shane did a great job negotiating with the sellers after our initial offer fell over and we began to look elsewhere. Shane was able to keep the conversation going and we purchased the property that we preferred at a fair price for both the sellers and us.

Jacob and his team did an excellent job getting this property sold, although we didn't have much enquiry for months, they continued to do home opens and market the property. Then we had two offers submitted on the one week-end, and although Jacob was not in the office, Jack did a fantastic job negotiating with both parties and getting us the best offer possible. We are very pleased with the result.

I have dealt with Jay several times before and would have no hesitations of dealing with him again

In challenging circumstances Murray was able to connect with both parties and bring us together to get the job done. His low intensity approach ensured i stayed in lengthy the process and didn't walk away.

I have dealt with Jay twice now and both time he has out done my expectations. I am the sort of person that normally does everything myself if I think I can save money but when it comes to selling realestate I now just go to Jay. It’s always been a positive outcome for me. Thanks Jay and all the best.

This is my first residential property purchase. All involved, primarily Jay Standley, have made the process very smooth and , so far into the process, I am more than satisfied.

We really needed a new approach to selling our property and Jacob was excellent in taking matters into his own hands and helping us when we didn’t know what else to do... so easy to talk too and very approachable.. can’t thank Jacob enough for all his help

Jacob and his team worked really hard and full out to achieve our sale. His market knowledge, explanations, feedback and negotiation skills are second to none. We were really comfortable with him and very confident that we were getting the best advice, and ultimately sale price, possible.

During my relationship with Jay Stanley as my agent I have found Jay to updating regularly on the progress of the sale of my property. He was always very frank about the state of the local market and I found him to be proactive in promoting my property to outside developers. I would highly recommend Jay to other Sellers in the market. Thank you Jay for your persistence and integrity throughout the process. Kind regards Michael Walsh
