Jacob helped us sell our investment property in a difficult market. He was realistic with price expectations, his commitment to selling the home was great, his communication with us was fantastic and his final negotiations with the buyers got the sale across the line. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home in the Bunbury area.

I signed up with Jacob at our first meeting. He was honest, enthusiastic and his real estate knowledge and marketing plan was outstanding. My property had been on the market with another agent for 3 months with no response. Jacob took over and had an offer for me in two weeks. Highly recommended.

Murray was good in suggesting my home to the buyers that my home was coming onto the market which resulted in a sale he also was very helpful in trying to help me to make up my mind as to where I should move to by showing me several homes. In the end I decided to move to a retirement village due to health issues.
